Cookies take 24 hours to process and depending on what day you order it will be send out on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. If you made an order on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order won’t be sent out until Monday. If you make an order Monday it has to allow 24 hours and would be sent out Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the time of day. Tuesday orders will be sent out next day if the order is made before 12 noon. We want to make sure you are getting the best freshness out of your cookies so we have to allow 1-3 day shipping only. If we send it out on Thursday we risk the chance of it running through the weekend and it delivering the next week.

Once your order leaves our kitchen and is in the hands of our shipping provider we our not liable for any lost, stolen or returned packages. We would send out a email  once package is sent out. please keep an eye on your tracking so you can receive it on time. Due to covid, packages can experience delays. The minimum order is 40 cookies with a minimal of 5 cookies per flavor of your choice!
